Situated in a quiet residential area with privileged sea views, it’s the ideal place for an extended coastal stay. You can enjoy the natural landscapes along the coast by walking along the boardwalks that stretch through the dunes, reaching the beaches of Espinho or Granja with just a quick 2 km walk. Brito Beach is only 300 meters away; however, please note that access is via a boardwalk and a small tunnel that passes under the train line. - Living Room An inviting living room that perfectly combines classic and modern elements, giving it a unique and somewhat irreverent atmosphere. It features a seating area with comfortable sofas, flat-screen TV, dining table for 6 people, and a balcony that not only illuminates the space but also allows you to enjoy the sea view. Climate-controlled with air conditioning, your comfort is guaranteed in any season. - Kitchen A fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine (coffee not included). Open-plan with the living room, it becomes a space that allows and encourages socializing and relaxation after a day at the beach or exploring the region. - Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms. One suite with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and balcony, and another bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe. Both are equipped with air conditioning. - Bathrooms There are two bathrooms with a shower, one of which is en suite. - Parking One free parking space within the condominium area. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00).
